Please note that current timetable has been expanded to include
extra classes.
BOOKINGS are ONLY required for peak classes Monday - Thursday 5:45pm and
7:30pm and Saturday 7:30am. For all other classes please just attend.

You will receive a confirmation if a place is available.
We are now working on implementing an online booking system and will keep you informed of our progress.
Classes are 90 minutes in duration unless otherwise indicated as 60 minutes.
All classes are suitable for all levels - beginners to advanced students. Class descriptions can be found below the timetable.

Hatha Fusion
A series of traditional postures designed to detoxify and heal the body at the deepest level. This 90 minute hot yoga class promotes strength, flexibility and mobility of the spine, joints, and limbs. Discover a new lease on life after only a few classes.
Power Vinyasa
An energising, flowing form of yoga that utilises rhythmic breathing and movement to exhilarate and purify the body. Power Vinyasa is a highly effective form of fitness that burns calories, sculpts the body and builds upper body strength.

All class passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and expiration
dates are final.

No holding periods available on passes.
Cash Preferable
As we now have evening classes with a fifteen minute interval between classes, it is much easier and quicker for us to handle cash transactions. Processing eftpos and credit card transactions are more time consuming. Cash would be preferred but keep in mind for your convenience, eftpos is still available.
